How to order Umasaji catering
Everything happens on WhatsApp — no account, no checkout. Build your order plan on the website, and our admin will help you until the order is ready for delivery.
Step by step
From choosing a menu to delivery
Five simple steps. Our admin is ready to help at every step, Monday–Sunday, 24 hours.

Choose menus & quantities
Open the Menu page, tap "+ Add" on the menus you want, then set the number of packs. You can mix several menus.

Add the date & location
Open your Order Plan, fill in the event date (at least 3 days ahead) and the delivery location. The estimated price and deposit appear right away.

Send to WhatsApp
Tap "Send plan to WhatsApp". Your full order details go to the Umasaji admin, together with the plan code.

Confirmation & 50% deposit
Our admin confirms menu availability, the delivery fee and the total. Your order is processed once a 50% deposit of the order total is paid.

Your order is delivered
Your order is prepared and delivered on the agreed schedule. Free delivery for 30 packs or more, within 5 km of Umanusa Kebon Kawung.

Things You Need to Know

Min. Order
Minimum order of 15 packs for Saji Box, Saji Tumpeng Mini and Saji Kudapan.

Orders must be placed at least 3 days before the event.

A deposit of 50% of the order total.

Free delivery for orders of at least 30 packs within 5 km of Umanusa Kebon Kawung.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order?
A minimum of 15 packs for Saji Box, Saji Tumpeng Mini and Saji Kudapan. Saji Tumpeng Reguler is ordered per set (for 10, 15 or 20 people).
How far in advance do I need to order?
At least 3 days before your event, so our kitchen has time to prepare your order.
How does payment work?
Your order is confirmed once a 50% deposit of the order total has been paid. Our admin sends the payment details via WhatsApp.
Is delivery free?
Yes, for orders of at least 30 packs delivered within 5 km of Umanusa Kebon Kawung. Beyond that, our admin will confirm the delivery fee.
When can I reach the admin?
Every day, Monday–Sunday, 24 hours via WhatsApp 0859-2594-4949.
What is the difference between Saji Box Reguler and Premium?
Reguler (Rp38.500) comes with rice, a main dish, two sides, sambal and crackers. Premium (Rp50.000) comes with a main dish, three sides, sambal, crackers, fruit and 220 ml mineral water.
